This Data protection Statement informs you about the processing of personal data by EIGHT SECONDS. It explains how we collect and use your personal data; it also describes your rights, the analytical tools we use and how a possible misuse is prevented.

We shall only collect and record publicly available data or data that you have provided to EIGHT SECONDS or entered yourself as a user or customer (e.g. request for information, contact data, order, visit to the website, communication with EIGHT SECONDS).

We shall use your personal data exclusively for the purpose for which they were entrusted to us.

Moreover, regarding requests for information by a person who is not a customer or member of a relevant sister society, we shall be entitled to charge an appropriate administration fee in accordance with the Date protection Ordinance.
